The gray Familon Stripe Hammam bath towel brings a trendy spa atmosphere into your home. Hammam, a large but lightweight bath towel created for Mediterranean spas and steam baths, is extremely absorbent, dries quickly and can also be used as a bench cloth. Larger than normal towels, 90x180 cm + 4 cm fringes at either end. One side of the luxurious Familon Hammam towel is smooth and the other has a terry cloth surface, combining the trendy spa look and the absorbency of a terry towel. This towel is also ideal for the gym, swimming pool, travel or beach. The dark gray bath towel’s has white and gray stripes of varying width, and a hanging loop on the long side. Towels in the Familon Hammam collection combine old knitting tradition and modern technology. Unlike traditional hammam towels, one side Familon’s luxurious hammam bath towels has a terry cloth finish, improving its absorbency. This makes it extremely absorbent and slightly thicker than the original hammam towels, but still being light and quick to dry. The hammam cotton towel is ideal for daily use as it is durable and easy to care.

The traditional hammam towel has become extremely popular owing to its unbeatable properties. A hammam towel, also known as a fouta towel, was originally designed for the steam baths of Mediterranean spas. Hammam towels help you to create a feeling of the past even in modern bathrooms.

Structure

Familon Stripe Hammam bath towel is soft and absorbent 100% cotton 340 g/m2, front smooth and reverse side terry cloth

Larger than normal towels, 90x180 cm + 4 cm fringes at either end. Although quite large, 90x180 cm, you can roll it up compactly and take along for your gym session or to the swimming pool. The beautiful and light hammam, or fouta, can also been used as a sauna bench cloth, picnic cloth or a blanket.

Hammam bath towels in the Familon Home collection not only feel great but they are also easy to care, wash at 60°C.

Familon Hammam bath towel is safe and suitable for even the most delicate skin; however, it has not received a Finnish allergy label, because the fringes may gather dust. Wash new towels before using them to achieve maximum absorbency. Avoid softeners, as they reduce the towels’ absorbent properties.
