Hotel night refund for bed buyers

Would you like to test a Familon hotel bed before ordering a bed? Book and pay for a hotel night as normal at Sokos Hotels. Enjoy a mini-vacation and test whether a hotel bed is right for you at the same time. If you order your own hotel bed for home, we will refund your hotel stay. The portion of the Sokos Hotels hotel night refund is only for the bed, the maximum tax-free compensation for a hotel night is 150 euros. This will give you a refund for your Sokos Hotels stay:

When ordering a hotel bed package or hotel bed from the Familon.fi online store, send your order number and a photo of the receipt you received from the hotel to asiakaspalvelu@familon.fi, we will refund the amount you paid for the hotel night to the card/account used for the purchase, if you order with an invoice, the hotel night will be credited to the invoice amount.

When purchasing a hotel bed package or hotel bed from a Familon store, show the receipt for the stay at the checkout and you will receive a refund at the time of purchase.

The beds eligible for the benefit are genuine hotel beds with fitted sheets: Continental hotel bed, Double hotel bed and Single hotel bed, as well as upholstered versions of hotel beds: Hotel bed dark grey and Hotel bed putty, the benefit applies to all bed sizes.

Make a bed order/purchase within three months of a hotel stay, and you will receive a refund for the hotel night! Hotel stays older than three months from the time of purchase of the bed will not be refunded. The benefit does not apply to hotel stays paid for by a company or other party than the buyer/buyers of the bed. We will refund one hotel night/bed set, the maximum taxable compensation for a hotel night is 150 euros, one refund per order/purchase. Hotel stays after the bed order/purchase will not be refunded, the benefit is intended for testing the bed before making a purchase decision.
