Did you know? Even a one-degree lower room temperature saves 5% of heating costs. Motiva, Finlands state-owned sustainable development company, recommends setting the bedroom temperature to 18–20°C in a draft-free room. It is a good idea to avoid sharp temperature fluctuations. It is worth adjusting the heating to a cooler temperature gradually; it takes about a week to get used to a 0.5–1.0 degree drop in room temperature.
