We design Familon products to last and choose high-quality, tested materials.

We continually explore new material innovations that can be produced and recycled more responsibly. We are also developing our packaging, looking for materials and solutions that reduce the need for plastic and make recycling easier.

A product’s story does not end when it is purchased. We provide care instructions to help pillows, duvets, and other sleep products stay in good condition for as long as possible. We also look for ways to reuse products and the materials they contain. Through our collecting campaigns, used duvets get a new purpose at animal shelters. Familon stores accept used duvets throughout the year. We donate unsold products and display samples to charity.

We aim to make our products as close to our customers as possible to keep transport distances short. We choose logistics partners with ISO 14001 environmental certification. Almost all our shipments travel by road.

Orders from the Familon.fi online store are delivered in partnership with Posti, LGT and DB Schenker. We are pleased that our customers also make considered choices: relatively few online orders are returned. When you choose a quality product that is right for you, you can enjoy it for years to come.
