Additional information

Let down lull you to sleep responsibly. Our down products only contain ethically produced and traceable down and feathers. Read more about our certificates here.

The new Familon Down pillow is similar to our former Familon Gold Responsible down pillow.

We recommend airing your new down pillow for 48 hours before first use due to the odour in natural products.

The pillow is a hygiene product. To ensure product hygiene, it is non-returnable.

Care instructions

Washing and care instructions for the pillow

Machine-wash the down pillow at 60°C and select a low spin speed (max. 800 rpm).  Use only one-third of the standard amount of liquid detergent. Fluff the down pillow after washing. Tumble drying at a low temperature is an excellent way to make the down pillow more fluffy, and it significantly shortens the drying time.

When properly cared for, Familon down pillows will remain fluffy and airy long into the future. Fluff the pillow regularly. The pillow should be washed twice a year. Air and wash the pillow regularly to keep it hygienic and fresh.

Pillow replacement interval

Replace the pillow with a new one every two years to improve hygiene and your sleep quality.
