Pillow’s features

The high and mouldable Familon Down High pillow is a perfect choice for side sleepers. Light feathers and down naturally provide thermal control, maintaining a cool and comfortable sleeping temperature. The pillow is of standard size, 50x60 cm.

Pillow’s structure

The three-layer structure of the Familon Down High pillow consists of an outer layer of 60% soft down and 40% feathers, and a core layer of 100% feathers that provide good neck support, 920 g. The cover of the Down High pillow is made of high-quality down-proof 100% cotton, edged with satin piping in silver.

We recommend airing your new down pillow for 48 hours before first use due to the odour in natural products.

Care instructions

Washing and care instructions for the pillow

Machine-wash the down pillow at 60°C and select a low spin speed (max. 800 rpm). Use only one-third of the standard amount of liquid detergent. Fluff the down pillow after washing. Tumble drying at a low temperature is an excellent way to make the down pillow more fluffy, and it significantly shortens the drying time.

When properly cared for, Familon down pillows will remain fluffy and airy long into the future. Fluff the pillow regularly. The pillow should be washed twice a year. Air and wash the pillow regularly to keep it hygienic and fresh.

Pillow replacement interval

Replace the pillow with a new one every two years to improve hygiene and your sleep quality.

Delivery methods

Familon products directly from Familon online store, reliably delivered to all EU countries and to mainland Finland.

Free parcel delivery to Friends for purchases over 120€, when the delivery price is max 10 euros. Log in to get free delivery to the pick-up point of your choice. Shipping from 5,90€ for purchases under 120 euros.

Home delivery from 9,90€ to small items and from 59€ to larger items. The price is based on shipment size and the delivery address zip code and delivery country. Beds and large mattresses via home delivery only. If home delivery is not offered, it is not available to the address you have chosen.

Most of the products are available immediately from our warehouse. Delivery time for stock items is 3–6 business days to Finland, to other EU countries 5–10 the business days. Check the product-specific delivery time.

For international orders there are no customs duties to be paid at delivery! The Value Added Tax (VAT) is collected at the point of sale, in the VAT rate of the delivery country. Wendre Finland Oy is registered to One Stop Shop (OSS) for intra-EU e-commerce. EU OSS number FI24858490.
