The standard-size down pillow, 50 x 60 cm, is filled with 60% duck down and 40% duck feathers, conforming to the Responsible Down Standard (RDS). The soft down pillow cover is made of cotton, with piping on the edge, washing at 60 °C. Under the Soft down pillow, you will be gently transported to the land of Nod.

Properties

The Familon Soft down pillow is suitable for someone looking for a normal-height down pillow. The comfortably soft yet firm Soft down pillow adapts to various sleeping positions, providing good support for the head and neck, also if you sleep on your side. The pillow is of standard size, 50x60 cm.

Structure

The normal-height Familon Soft down pillow is filled with 60% duck down 60% and 40% duck feathers, conforming to the Responsible Down Standard (RDS), 500 g. The down pillow cover is made of 100% cotton, with white piping .

Information about down

Down is a uniquely breathable and luxurious natural material. In our products, we only use down and feathers from sources committed to ethical production and the ethical treatment of animals. Familon has undertaken to switch completely to using down and feathers compliant with the Responsible Down Standard (RDS). The Soft down pillow filling is RDS-certified.

Additional information

We recommend airing your new down pillow for 48 hours before first use due to the odour in natural products.

The pillow is a hygiene product. To ensure product hygiene, it is non-returnable.

Care instructions

Washing and care instructions

Machine-wash the down pillow at 60°C and select a low spin speed (max. 800 rpm). Use only one-third of the standard amount of liquid detergent. Fluff the down pillow after washing. Tumble drying at a low temperature is an excellent way to make the down pillow more fluffy, and it significantly shortens the drying time.

When properly cared for, Familon down pillows will remain fluffy and airy long into the future. Fluff the pillow regularly. The pillow should be washed twice a year. Air and wash the pillow regularly to keep it hygienic and fresh.

Replacing the pillow

To improve hygiene and ensure continued high-quality sleep, the pillow should be replaced every two years or so.

Free parcel delivery to Friends for purchases over 120€, when the delivery price is max 10 euros. Log in to get free delivery to the pick-up point of your choice. Shipping from 5,90€ for purchases under 120 euros.

Home delivery from 9,90€ to small items and from 59€ to larger items. The price is based on shipment size and the delivery address zip code and delivery country. Beds and large mattresses via home delivery only. If home delivery is not offered, it is not available to the address you have chosen.

Most of the products are available immediately from our warehouse. Delivery time for stock items is 3–6 business days to Finland, to other EU countries 5–10 the business days. Check the product-specific delivery time.
